Great carpet

Excellent services, great carpet. My Tabriz carpets sits on my living room and I adore it. I have one advice for those who want to buy one : be very carefully with colours because in reality they are darker. For this reason I had to send back first one. And one regret: I would have like to see more thicker carpets to choose from. It is only reason i rated 4 stars.

Excellent rug and fabulous customer service We were extremely pleased with the quality of the rug we purchased, and equally important we loved the personalised customer service. Calls were taken straight away but most importantly, any requests were dealt with by someone who actually has the authority to do something about it, which is rare in most online shops. Would most definitely shop with CarpetVista again! It was a pleasure. Good quality and arrived exactly when we requested.

This is the second Rug i have purchased from them so was confident in ordering again. Delivery was speedy and the rug well wrapped.

Delighted with my Gabbeh

I am delighted with my beautiful rug from CarpetVista. As usual the service was first class - I received the well-packaged delivery in a matter of a few days and in the meantime received a Certificate of Authenticity via e-mail for the Gabbeh rug. If you are considering buying a new rug make CarpetVista your first port of call to find a huge selection of well priced, high quality rugs.

Specifications

Carpet ID CVD16499
Knot density approx 40 000 - 40 000 knots per m²

You can easily calculate the knot density yourself by counting the number of knots 1 cm down and 1 cm across, and then multiplying these numbers together. Then multiply the total by 10,000 to give the number of knots per m².

Some carpet sellers exaggerate the knot density, so to be sure that you are comparing like for like when it comes to price, it is worth checking the knot density yourself. Most of CarpetVista’s carpets have a photograph of the reverse with a ruler, making it easy to examine the knot quality and count the exact knot density before choosing your carpet.

Pile Wool / Cotton
Wool is a natural textile fibre and one of the most sought after materials for rug making. Wool rugs are highly durable and perfectly capable of resisting wear and tear of every day use. Wool has a naturally dirt-repelling effect and is easy to keep clean. It is also flame resistant and characteristically retains it’s shape so that the pile of the rug always rises.

Cotton is a natural textile fibre and a suitable alternative to people with allergies. It is a strong yet soft material that works well in most environments including bathrooms and kitchens.
Warp Cotton
Manufacturing Woven by hand
Handwoven rugs are created by interlocking warp and weft, creating a relatively thin rug without pile.
