Play by Marianne Norén

The carpet “Play” is graphic and playful at the same time with its motif of a large beach ball. The bright color party, the highlight creates a 3D effect. I chose a restrained color scheme with only a few colors. It is easy to make different versions of the design by changing or adding more colors to the beach ball.

Mattan ”Play” är grafisk och samtidigt lekfull med sitt motiv av en stor badboll. Det ljusa färgpartiet, högdagern skapar en 3D-effekt. Jag har valt en återhållen färgsättning med endast ett fåtal färger. Det är lätt att göra olika varianter av designen genom att byta- eller addera flera färger till badbollen.

About Marianne Norén

My name is Marianne Norén. I studied graphic design and visual communication at Nyckelviksskolan in Stockholm. I also have a degree in multimedia from Stockholm University. Then I worked for several years at a publishing house with the design of web interfaces and web communication. Right now I am studying marketing at Stockholm University. I love to engage in graphic design and I also have a keen interest in interior design.

Mitt namn är Marianne Norén. Jag har studerat grafisk form och bildkommunikation på Nyckelviksskolan i Stockholm. Jag har också en examen i multimedia från Stockholms universitet. Därefter arbetade jag flera år på ett förlag med design av webbgränssnitt och webbkommunikation. Just nu studerar jag marknadsföring på Stockholms universitet. Jag älskar att syssla med grafisk form och jag har dessutom ett stort intresse av heminredning.
