I am not happy with this purchase, because the carpet in some places started to shed only after a month in my house. It is too late to return it. Very unhappy...

Reply from CarpetVista : Dear Jourune, Thank you for your post on our forum. When carpets are new they tend to shed excess wool which is left over in between the pile from the time of weaving. This is a completely normal and does not compromise the quality of the carpet. You should ensure that you vacuum the carpet at least twice a day in the direction of the pile. You should not vacuum too much as this can also damage the carpet. The shedding will stop with time and use of the carpet. CarpetVista Support.

Everything was so easy and the staff very helpful. I love my new carpet. It adds quality and warmth to my sitting room. Will definately use carpet vista in the future!
