Christina Sauer

Christina Sauer was born in 1976 in Osnabrück as a daugther from a german father and a swedish mother. She studied grafic design at the university of applied sciences in Münster. Since 2002 she works on one hand in an advertising agency (corporate design for firms, books, brochures, ...) and on the other hand as an artist (printings, editions, mixed media, artists books, ...) in her own atelier. As a designer she likes working with clean and reduced lines and formes, together with structured parts or interesting details. Often her designs are inspired from the woodcut – her most favored technic as a printig-artist. Her prints were shown on many national and international exhibitions.
