For the construction of this rug I was inspired by Oriental culture. The choice of colors emphasizes the sinuous forms and in parallel, points the desert dunes and the sea waves.

Per la realizzazione di questo tappeto mi sono ispirata alla cultura orientale. La scelta dei colori sottolinea la sinuosità delle forme e ricorda al contempo le dune del deserto e le onde mare.

Sur Olimpia De Angelis

Mi chiamo Olimpia De Angelis e sono una designer di Roma. Mi sono diplomata all'Istituto Europeo di Design e sono laureata in Arti e Scienze dello Spettacolo. In seguito mi sono specializzata nell’alta moda, diplomandomi all’Accademia Moda Maiani e lavorando per l’ufficio stile dell’Azienda Fendi e per la boutique Versace di Roma. Oltre ad aver lavorato in qualità di scenografa e costumista, ho collaborato in qualità di designer ed illustratrice nell’ambito dell’editoria, della moda e dello spettacolo

My name is Olimpia De Angelis and I am a designer from Rome. I graduated from the European Institute of Design and I have a degree in Performing Arts and Sciences. Later I specialized in high fashion, graduating from the Maiani Fashion Academy and working for the Fendi Company style office and the Versace boutique in Rome. In addition to having worked as a set and costume designer, I worked as a designer and illustrator in publishing, fashion and entertainment.
