The Lagoon de Faly Golshan

This is what I can remember from an afternoon chill by the lagoon; the sun passing through the leaves modifying the hooker\'s green into a pale one, and the summer breeze waving the bulrushes from right to left. I found myself in a Zen School of Meditation, induced to illustrate a Minimalist expression of my Samatha (Buddhist Spiritual Cultivation). The Chinese brush style has been emulated through this picture in order to indicate both the concinnity and rigidity of one\'s soul.

آبندان بابلسر بودم و در خلوت، رقص نیزارها را نظاره می کردم که چگونه در همنوایی آب و نسیم، خود را به دست باد سپرده و به رقص درآمده اند. پر رنگی خود را باخته و با خورشید عصرگاهان به سبزی زرد گونه و درخشنده شبیه اند. این است آرامش روح و جان، در معبر مرداب. در این طرح سعی بر آن شده تا در سبکی مینیمالیست و با تقلید از قلم مو های چینی ظرافت و سختی وجود را به تصویر بکشم

Sobre Faly Golshan

I am 27 years old, born in Kerman/Iran where could be called as the headspring of carpet design. From early ages, I started painting, calligraphy and music. Graduated in English literature from Tehran University gave me a more significant approach to the universal artistic movements. Interest in Comparative Arts made me hand over some articles on prominent movements e.g Impressionism both in Literature and Visual Arts. At the moment, My family and I are involved in holding a unique collection of \"Pateh\" i.e precious Kermani embroidery. Our greatest attempt is to revive this masterpiece by designing pure Persian patterns and correcting the color choice of its needlework. Talking about interior design as my hobby, I can cherish the works of Christian Liaigre and the daring color choice of Julia Green. In some of my presented works, I endeavored to form Persian Nouveau patterns. However, most of the works are set to convey less territorial ideas.

من در کرمان به دنیا آمدم ، پس می توانید حدس بزنید که ۲۷ سال با طرح های بی نظیری از قالی بزرگ شده ام. از کودکی به آموختن هنرهایی چون نقاشی و موسیقی پرداختم. دوره ادبیات انگلیسی را در دانشگاه تهران گذرانده و با بسیاری از سبک های هنری دنیا آشنا شدم که موجب شد تا مقالاتی درباره هنرهای تطبیقی همچون نقاشی و ادبیات امپرسیون به نگارش درآورم. هم اکنون مشغول به جمع آوری نمونه های پته کرمان در کلکسیون خانوادگی خود هستم که شامل این هنر سوزن دوزی بی نظیر و همچنین نمونه های مثال زدنی قالی می باشد. در طراحی قالی، سعی اصلی من بر آن است که با وجود حفظ غیر مستقیم هویت ایرانی در برخی از نمونه ها، تلاش کنم تا تمرکز بیشتری بر رنگ و طرح هماهنگ با خانه مدرن امروز ایجاد شود. گاه نیز باید قدم از مرز فراتر نهاد و به خلق موتیف هایی بیشتر مفهوم دار تا هویت دار پرداخت. نمونه های عرضه شده من از جراتِ استفاده آگاهانه رنگ در طراحی داخلی کسانی چون الیزابت گرین الهام میگیرد
