About Heli Heikkilä

Heli Heikkilä is a textile designer from Finland. She is fascinated by simple patterns and she often observes the environment around herself looking for the character of the natural lines and urban surroundings, how the different shapes are constructed. The designer is most familiar with black, white and grey colours.

Heli Heikkilä on suomalainen tekstiilisuunnittelija. Hän lumoutuu yksinkertaisista ja selkeistä, graafisista kuvioista ja tarkkailee mielellään sekä luonnossa että urbaanissa ympäristössä erilaisten viivojen ja linjojen luonnetta. Musta, valkoinen ja harmaa ovat hänen "lempivärejään".

Excellent Service and Products
I wanted to reserve a carpet as I was abroad when I made my choice and there was only 1 left. I was able to telephone and speak to a very helpful lady who arranged for the carpet to be delivered 2 days after my return 3 weeks later. A week later, I chose another one with a 10% further discount for buying again and that arrived promptly also after another discussion with another helpful lady. I now have 2 fabulous rugs at a very decent price. Yes, the 'Handloom Fringe' carpet is shedding where one sits but I well remember a fitted carpet shedding for 6 months prior to stopping. So I hope it will stop eventually. DPD deliver promptly.
