About Saurabh Gupta

Belonging from a carpet manufacturing family, this business is now into 4th Generation into my family.
Wool, colors, rugs, knots run in my blood. We do not make rugs just for the heck of it, but for our satisfaction.
I started as an software Quality Analyst after my engineering, then lucky enough to do MBA from Oxford University college, Oxford UK.
We have a saying that goes like "One day even ICE will melt into water and gets mixed into the ground it has risen from", same happened with me, after many years of here and there, I finally found my work satisfaction and synergy in rugs.

Excellent Service and Products
I wanted to reserve a carpet as I was abroad when I made my choice and there was only 1 left. I was able to telephone and speak to a very helpful lady who arranged for the carpet to be delivered 2 days after my return 3 weeks later. A week later, I chose another one with a 10% further discount for buying again and that arrived promptly also after another discussion with another helpful lady. I now have 2 fabulous rugs at a very decent price. Yes, the 'Handloom Fringe' carpet is shedding where one sits but I well remember a fitted carpet shedding for 6 months prior to stopping. So I hope it will stop eventually. DPD deliver promptly.
