I am a demanding, hard-to-satisfy client but notwithstanding that, I am endlessly happy not only with the carpet but also with the service. All my queries were appropriately answered and the staff were always very kind and attentive, so much so that they even conjured up that bazaar feeling for me, which I love so much.

This the second carpet I buy from CarpetVista and the quality, colour and workmanship are just what you see online and I was both times not disappointed. My only criticism is that both carpets I purchased were 2 cm smaller (in both length and width) than stated on the website...... don't know how they measure things........
