How to order

In order to make an order on CarpetVista, you first look up and select the carpet you want to buy. You then click on the carpet for more detailed information. On the lower, right-hand you will see the price of the carpet. If a carpet is not reserved or sold there will be a button next to the price with the word "Buy". When you click on the button the carpet is placed in your shopping cart and will appear in the top left hand corner of the website. You can repeat the same procedure as indicated above to add several carpets to your shopping cart.

When you have all the carpets you want to order in your shopping cart, the next step is to go to the checkout counter. You do this by clicking on the button "Proceed to Checkout" that is visible under the carpets in your shopping cart.

If you have registered as a customer or have earlier purchased a carpet from us, you log in by entering your e-mail and password. Otherwise, you have to register as a customer by filling in your contact information. When done click the button "Continue". Delivery costs will now be calculated depending on where you live and the size of your order. You can read more about delivery costs here...

The last step is to choose your payment method. We recommend that you use a credit card as you will receive your carpets faster and it’s the safest way to shop. If you do not want to use your credit card, we have an advance payment method as an alternative. Click on the alternative you wish to use and follow the instructions given.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send your carpets.
