In relation that I bought a bargain carpet I was very much surprised that the quality of the carpet is still very good and that the fault was described perfect. The best is a certificate of authentic. I am fully pleased with my purchase and delivery.

Very good, in that I have come back to your site to browse some more! I would be very interested to know how regularly you introduce new kilims to your site? I am looking for one similar to the one purchased, but a little larger? I would also like to know whether there is a possibility of reserving a kilim and what the deposit might be? Many thanks for the service. My mother is delighted and so am I.

So if you check our website regularily say every week or monthly we always have new carpets. If you would like to reserve a carpet please do contact our customer service for more information.

Website was brilliant informative with excellent close up feature for the pictures so you could see the quality of the carpet. Joan at customer services was extremely helpful and prompt in her reply. There was a small error when I purchased the carpet and the money had left my account but the carpet did not register as sold on your site, so I was concerned that perhaps the service was not legitamate for a while on the evening I purchased the carpet. But Joan reassured me the next morning the monies had been received and the carpet was being delivered. However these problems were quickly forgotten when I unpacked the rug which is absolutely beautiful, I am thrilled with its quality and beauty and am thankful for the free underlay Joan was able to give me, as although the carpet was reduced it was still quite expensive for me. I would definitely buy another carpet from you if i had more cash and more room in my flat!
