A part of the marketing budget is allocated for our affiliate program, which makes it possible for webmasters to advertise our products and at the same time get a commission on the sales.

The commission will quickly become profitable since hand-knotted carpets are capital goods. The advertising consists of banners that are graphically and aesthetic worked out thoroughly. CarpetVista does not use any "pop-ups" or other types of advertising that can be considered annoying.
Hand-knotted carpets are a product that is inoffensive and will look good on most pages chosen to advertise on.
The affiliate program embraces both companies, associations and private citizens.

Reimbursement levels
The commission is based on three factors; "clicks", registered customers and carpet sales. The commission of carpet sales (7% of the sale price without taxes) are the same for all affiliates, small and large.

Sales commission
There will be a 7% commission on every sale referred by the affiliate.
Sales tax, shipping, customs and other expenses are not included in the commission.
Since the referred customer may not be making a purchase right away any sale made in 30 days after reference will be credited to the affiliate.
Customer of CarpetVista has a 30 days purchase of approval. The affiliate will be credited if the customer has not returned the carpet/carpets within these 30 days.
CarpetVista's average customer makes a purchase around € 756 which results in a commission of € 53 for every purchase made! It is not uncommon with purchases of € 10 000.

Reimbursement for customer registration
It is possible to register as a customer of CarpetVista without making a purchase.
Usually some browsing for favourite carpets and a time of consideration are needed before making a final decision.
For every registered customer the affiliate will be reimbursed 10 SEK (€ 1,20), even if the customer does not make a purchase.

Reimbursement for "Banner clicks"
For every 100 clicks on the banner, CarpetVista will a pay a commission of 10 SEK (€ 1,20).

Discount Codes
CarpetVista has support for discount codes. These codes are entered by the customers to get a discount on their order.
As an affiliate you can create your own discount codes. You can offer a discount between 1% and 6% which is deducted from your commission. You can distribute the discount codes how you see fit, by e-mail, circulars, advertising etc. You can set the validity dates as you please.

How do i become a CarpetVista affiliate?

Who can become an affiliate?
Anybody with a website or other Internet presence can become an affiliate.
CarpetVista reserves the right to deny websites that are offensive or inconsistent with CarpetVista's business.

How do i get commission?
Commission is paid on a monthly basis. Commission below 200 SEK (€ 23) will not be paid and will be on deposit until it reaches 200 SEK (€ 23).
For private citizens, CarpetVista will report and/or deduct tax on the commission depending on tax regulations in the citizens country of residence.
Companies and associations will get commission without VAT if a proper EU-VAT number is supplied.

You will get an e-mail when your application has been approved
CarpetVista will look through your information and website. When you get approved we will notice you with an e-mail. CarpetVista may ask for completing information.
After approval you will have access to the affiliate-page, where you may choose banners and discount codes. The page also has statistics and information about your current commission.

Choose banner, links and discount codes
There are several banners to choose from, and you may have one or more banners on your site.
Choose the banners you think will suit your website.

See the money roll in!
Dependng on your website it can take a short or a long time before you get any commission.
Since every purchase gives a 7% commission it does not require many sales to get a great commission.

Follow up on your statistics online
You can at any time log in to your affiliate-page and follow up on your banners and discount codes.
