Kelim carpet | The kelims is a flat woven carpet that is knotted by nomads in the south of Persia. They use a special technique when weaving, giving the carpets a thinner and cover like quality. The Kelims are also made faster than an ordinary Oriental carpet. Their patterns are traditional, stair-like and the carpet is suitable for hanging on walls.
