Kashmar carpet | This carpet is knotted in the small city of Kashmar, in northwestern Persia, which is well-known for their high quality carpets. The carpet is famous for its unique zirhaki-pattern and is relatively rare today. The carpet is often found in larger sizes and sometimes they resemble the classical Keshan carpets with their medallions and spandrels.
